Is Tahoe better in the winter or is it better during the summer months?

Do you think that Tahoe is better in the winter or during the summer? In the winter you can ski or sled, but you can also snowshoe, ice skate, go ice fishing or have snowball fights – assuming there is snow of course! But in the summer you can enjoy the lake, mountain bike various trails, go rock climbing, and zipline through the forests.

According to 6th grader Natalie Domet, “It is better in the winter because you can ski and sled.” But according to Mrs.Becker Tahoe is better in the summer because she hates getting stuck on Highway 88 in the winter snowstorms. 7th grader Riley Buck agrees with Natalie and thinks that Tahoe is better in the winter because you can ski. Mr. Philpot thinks Tahoe is better in the winter, but because of the crowds, he prefers the summer when there are not so many people. He claims he is 100% percent correct. Do you agree?
